the staff was friendly enough and check-in was easy.

the room was way too small, really not enough space for two people with luggage i find it hard to move around. the walls are paper thin i could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, people talking, showers running, just everything and its not nice. sleep was hard to get.

The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. the location was perfect, near the metro. the room was clean and spacious. I loved the superior queen room! (it reminded me of home).

The sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear noise from other rooms.

the hotel is located in a safe area with lots of food options. it's a short walk from the san bernardo metro station. the metro provided direct access into the city centre. it's very convenient!

The room featured a very clean space and a comfortable bed. The hand and body soap smelled amazing. The location was perfect, close to the city center.

The room had poor soundproofing. I could hear neighbors' conversations.
