convenient location and great beds
comfy beds helpful staff convenient location
i found the beds very comfy. the reception staff were helpful and organised a spa day for me. the hotel is close to a metro station (easy access). the windows kept traffic noise out.
i found the soundproofing between rooms poor. i could hear noises from other rooms, like things being dropped. this made it hard to sleep well (bring earplugs!).

the room has good blackout curtains, helpful for sleeping. the bed was comfortable. the room size was adequate for one person, with enough space for luggage.

the room was acceptable the beds were comfortable
the room faced a shell petrol station it was a noisy corner end of the building i asked for a different room the front desk told me the next room would be smaller this was not acceptable

acceptable stay with some issues
thin walls small room
the staff was friendly enough and check-in was easy.
the room was way too small, really not enough space for two people with luggage i find it hard to move around. the walls are paper thin i could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, people talking, showers running, just everything and its not nice. sleep was hard to get.

fantastic stay!
helpful staff perfect location
The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. the location was perfect, near the metro. the room was clean and spacious. I loved the superior queen room! (it seemed like home).
The sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear noise from other rooms.

while i did not use the room service, the menu selection and pricing seemed reasonable at a glance. there were several great restaurants very close to the hotel (i discovered a lovely italian place). breakfast had good value.

the hotel is located in a safe area with lots of food options. it's a short walk from the san bernardo metro station. the metro provided direct access into the city centre. it's very convenient!

The room featured a very clean space and a comfortable bed. The hand and body soap smelled amazing. The location was perfect, close to the city center.
The room had poor soundproofing. I could hear neighbors' conversations.
